Due to the custom nature of modular container homes, returns are not accepted once fabrication or shipping has begun. However, we prioritize customer satisfaction and offer the following options:

• Order Cancellation:

  • Cancellations are accepted within 5 business days of order confirmation.

  • A full refund will be issued minus any administrative or design service fees.

• Post-Delivery Issues:

  • If the delivered containers are damaged in transit or do not match the approved specifications, we will:

    • Replace or repair affected units

    • Cover associated freight or material costs, subject to inspection and documentation

• Non-Returnable:

  • Units that have been modified on-site, installed, or altered in any way are non-returnable.
