Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our modular homes and the upfront costs associated with design, permits, and fabrication, our refund policy is structured as follows:

1. Design & Pre-Construction Phase If the project is canceled before design work begins, a full refund is available, minus any transaction fees. If the project is canceled after design work has started, a partial refund may be issued, depending on the stage of development. Fees for completed architectural work, permits, or administrative tasks are non-refundable.

2. Fabrication & Construction Phase Once fabrication or construction has begun, payments are non-refundable. Materials are ordered and labor is scheduled based on the approved project.

3. Turnkey Projects with Land & Financing For full-package projects that include land acquisition or financing, refunds are not available once contracts are signed and titles or loans are processed.

4. Force Majeure We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, etc.), but we will work with clients to find fair solutions.

Shipping Information

1. Delivery Timeframe Once the design and construction are completed, your modular home will be shipped to your specified location. Delivery time generally ranges from 4 to 6 weeks depending on the project’s complexity, location, and logistical conditions.

2. Shipping Process

• Domestic Shipping: We ship our modular homes nationwide. Once ready, your home will be transported via specialized carriers, ensuring safe and efficient delivery to your site.

• International Shipping: For international deliveries, we work with trusted logistics partners to ensure proper handling and customs clearance. Shipping times and costs will vary based on the destination country.

3. Delivery & Installation

• Delivery: Your home will be delivered fully assembled (if applicable) or in modular sections, ready for installation.

• Installation: Depending on the package selected, our team will manage on-site installation, including connecting utilities, securing the foundation, and ensuring the home is ready for immediate use.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on the distance from our factory to your location, the size of your home, and any special handling requirements. Shipping fees will be included in your final invoice after design and delivery details are confirmed.

5. Inspection on Arrival Upon arrival, we recommend inspecting the product for any potential shipping damage. If there are any issues, please notify our team within 7 days of delivery to initiate a resolution.
